The Chairman of Aerospace Australia Limited is Air Marshal Les Fisher AO, RAAF (Rtd). Other Board Members are Air Commodore Bill Belton AM, RAAF (Rtd); Major General (Rtd) Jim Connolly AO,CSC; Grant Haselgrove; Ian Honnery (Chief Executive); Air Commodore Geoff Michael AO,OBE,AFC,RAAF (Rtd) and Ian Smith.

The principal activities of Aerospace Australia Limited are to stage the Australian International Aerospace Exposition and the associated LanDef ground defence equipment exhibition, which are held in conjunction with the biennial Australian International Air Show at Avalon Airport, Victoria.

Firmly established on the international aviation, aerospace and defence industry calendar, these events showcase Australian capabilities, resources and technologies to the nation and to the world.

Like the other members of the group, Aerospace Australia Limited also works with fellow not-for-profit organisations, industry associations, the Australian Defence Force and Government agencies in cooperative partnerships to foster the development of Australian resources and capabilities.
